By repeatedly doing the movement of keeping the body weight in the low position and twisting parts of the body around, the core muscle of your body gets trained, creating a balanced body that gets hard to gain fat. The need of concentration at all times will train your mind to focus. After acting the action scenes in the stunts with one or more partners, you will feel yourself relaxed and in harmony with your inner peace and you will gain the skill to react to sudden movements and read the next move, which will allow you to increase your coordination. What is needed when rough realistic actions are involved in the scenes, is the heart of trust and perfect harmony between you and your teammates. Lesson details for each level Warm up … The warm up is based on continuous movements with the sword and rhythmic music to prepare the body for the following session. Technique teaching … All techniques of attacking, defending, footwork and body movements with the sword. Choreography … Sequences of defense and attack movements against fictive enemies performed with full spirit to cut. Stunts … Briefed attack and defense with one or more partners performed with full spirit of harmony and timing. Cool down ... Stretching and short meditation to review the session mentally. Lesson ad-ons for higher levels Sparring ... Use of the techniques in a controlled context performed with full spirit for power control. Dueling (Lightsaber)... Use of the techniques in a competetive context with full spirit to win. |
